This pic makes my blood pump! Awesomeness.
Hey Donna, thanks! Full set will be coming up shortly, just have to finish the edit.
I love it! FF5 is one of my favorites to see live. Can’t wait to see the full set!
Hey Shawna, thanks. Going to try and work on this tonight, along with shots from All-American Rejects, portraits of 3OH!3, and the Maine.
Family Force 5 might as well be named Family Force Fantastic, because these guys were a blast to shoot. Preview here: http://is.gd/sKU7
That is sincerely one of the best concert picture I ever saw ! :D
Hey Alexis. Wow, thanks for the kind words. It was certainly the one shot from the set that stood out to me. Thanks for the comment!
Um…yeah…seriously, Todd, this should be hanging in a gallery some place. Wickedly awesome! Cannot wait to see the rest!
Hey Erin, thanks very much. Glad to hear you like this one, I’ll be posting the full set next week.
Wow awesome shot! I managed to score a media pass this year at parachute music festival here in New Zealand and was allowed in the pit for probably 30 seconds. incredible band but too fast for d70+50mm to focus! heres one semi-decent shot http://www.flickr.com/photos/sundressed/3236442148/in/set-72157613129094156/
Hey Corinne, thanks for the comment. Yeah, the guys in FF5 really do move around quite quickly, there’s always something happening on stage!
Todd,
this pic is a manual of composition. It could be written a book on how all the lines from the corners bring the attention to the centre. Eyes never leave the image. Awesome!
Hey Valerio, thanks for the very kind words.
Hot shot Todd!
Thank you, Richard.
I also shot these guys back at Parachute Music Festival in NZ (I remember chatting to you for a bit, Corinne). Insanely fast movers, did you get any shots when Soul Glow Aktivator (lead singer) had the hulk fists on?
