Great stuff as usual, Todd. It was nice to finally shoot next to you and Chris, and I’m honored to have taken the first 2-3 out of focus shots your camera has ever produced ;)
Hey Cary,
Great seeing you at Bamboozle this past weekend.
Thanks again for snapping that photo of Chris and me, and sorry about the technical issues! I’m going to chalk that up to a Nikon vs Canon thing. Saw some of your stuff on Flickr, looks good!
Haha, I was so confused by why they were turning out OOF, that I gave up on trying to make a nicely-composed portrait. Hopefully it turned out okay. That’s why I’ve never moved the AF from my shutter button…my brain just can’t handle it :) And sorry for almost falling into you during Weezer…I was standing very awkwardly sidewards for most of the set.
I can’t wait to see the rest of your Something Corporate pics. They’re my favorite band.
Hey Sam,
Thanks for the comment – more snaps coming up from Something Corporate.
It was fun shooting with you and your brother this weekend. Looking forward to the full sets. It’s always interesting to see another pro’s perspective. An thanks for the last minute battery loan. Saved my butt!!
Hi Ryan,
Very cool to shoot with you this weekend as well. Just checked out your coverage. I agree, it’s always interesting to see images from different photographers from the same event.
Happy to help with the battery, glad it worked out.
That Aquabats shot is pretty spectacular. :) Great pics as usual, Todd!
Thanks – the Aquabats were a blast to photograph. Lots of mugging, and even a little heads up as to the jump shot. The singer said something along the lines of, “Hey photographers, check this!”
Hey Todd,
Even though it was a short, it was great meeting you this weekend. Photos look great, can’t wait to see more.
Perhaps I’ll see you at Bamboozle Chicago.

Sweet.
Awesome pics, the Tom Delonge shot is amazing. Devil horns and the way his guitar is just hanging nicely, brilliant.
Excellent stuff Todd!
Jim
Hey Jim,
Thanks for the comment, I appreciate it. Yeah, Tom was doing the devil horns thing on the Blink-182 tour, too, I think, and glad to see he whipped it out for this show. Luckily, I was right in front of him when he was posing.

It was an honor shooting with you and Chris for a little bit at Bamboozle! Did you happen to catch The Pretty Reckless? I got held up in traffic and missed it.
Hey Amy,
Next time say hi! I did not catch The Pretty Reckless, unfortunately – we caught a later train than expected out and consequently missed a few of the earlier bands. I was just happy to catch The Devil Wears Prada as the first band of Sunday.

Pretty sure photographing music festivals shortens your lifespan. But I'll take it. The Bamboozle: http://bit.ly/cx65AE http://bit.ly/cLQlkt

Yes!! I was here :D Can’t wait to see more pics, esp of Paramore & Hanson!
Hey Jennifer,
Thanks for the comment – more photos coming up soon. Promise.
Great shots as usual, Todd. Lots of energy. This was my first year covering Bamboozle, and it was an amazing experience for sure. Definitely a privilege to be shooting in the same pit as you.
Hey Melissa,
Thanks for the kind words. This was my first year covering Bamboozle, too. Very tiring, but a lot of fun, too. Say hi next time!
