Preview: Tiësto @ The Pageant

I have to admit – the energy & vibe for Tiësto’s show at the Pageant could go toe to toe with any arena rock show. Here’s a preview from tonight’s show.

Cameras Used:

Nikon D3

Lenses Used:

Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8

The head shot was made at f/2.8 and 1/160 at ISO 1600 with the Nikon D3 and Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8. While I came prepared with a monopod and wireless shutter release in preparation for a repeat of the Girl Talk conditions, this show was a breeze by comparison.

Nice shots Todd!

How was this show to shoot from right up front? Could be that easy with the DJ rig in front of you.

Also, was there a physical photo pass for Tiesto? Im shooting him in a week, and the venue im shooting him at are dicks if you dont have a photo pass, even if your supposed to be shooting the show! Wanna be ready for the possible headache! haha
