Mayhem Fest is always one of the highlights of my shooting year, not only because of the high energy of the all-metal bill, but because of the great production on this tour year after year. Here’s a collection of photo highlights from this year’s fest, including Slipknot, Slayer, The Devil Wears Prada, Anthrax and As I Lay Dying.

Hey Ardianto, thanks for the comment, I appreciate it. Slipknot have always had pretty great lighting the other 2 times I’ve photographed them, so I expected good things and wasn’t disappointed this time around.
Was that a daytime slot to be shooting at ISO 100-200?
Not daytime shooting that was night shooting but the mainlight is so bright…
