Supporting HIM at the Pageant, We Are The Fallen rocked the stage with a dark and moody performance. Carly Smithson led the charge on vocals along side longtime Evanescence members Ben Moody, John LeCompt, and Rocky Gray and industry veteran Marty O’Brien.

Seeing as how these guys were rocking jet black pompadours, I had a good feeling about photographing Dommin. As it turned out, hairstyles aside, these goth metal rockers put on one of the best performances of the night.

HIM‘s performance at the Pageant brought the Finnish band’s self-proclaimed Love Metal to an adoring crowd. After being sonically assaulted by the metalcore barrage of Bleeding Through, Ville Valo and fellow Fins brought a more melodic version of metal-laced rock wrapped around Valo’s own sailing vocals.
