Preview: Of Montreal @ The Pageant

To go along with the preview of Janelle Monáe, who kicked off the evening, here’s a little preview for Of Montreal’s performance at the Pageant last night. In contrast to the band’s early performances where everyone was pretty much up front, singer Kevin Barnes was clearly the center of attention for this show.

October 24, 2008 – I could tell you that there were dancing Buddhas, mythical creatures, a feather-cannon, and Kevin Barnes in all manner of costume (and lack thereof) in Of Montreal’s epically theatrical performance at the Pageant.
