Nikon Booth at CES 2019

I'm incredibly excited to announce that I'm speaking at CES 2019 in Las Vegas! CES is the largest consumer electronics show in the US, and it's a real honor to be invited to share the stage with so many inspiring and talented photographers.

All of my events happen on Wednesday, January 9. I'm doing a solo talk, and right before it, I'm participating in a rock photography panel. This is part of the program that I'm really excited about, as it includes legends Baron Wolman and Robert M. Knight , who have both been shooting since the 1960s. These guys are truly photographers who have witnessed historic moments in rock ‘n roll and been behind the scenes. In addition, I'm joining my friends Jenn Devereaux and Michael Corrado. It's such a privilege to share the stage with four other photographers whose work I respect and appreciate so much.

The full schedule of talks and panels is pretty mind blowing. I am personally going to try and catch as many of these talks as I can. It's a thrill to get to speak and share my work, but honestly one of the most amazing things about joining the Nikon team for events like CES and PPE is simply getting to take in so much of the inspiration and wisdom that's shared at these events on the Nikon Stage.

Just look at this schedule!

With so many amazing photographers and filmmakers part of this event, it's really special to be included. I'm especially excited to see so many of my fellow Nikon Ambassadors there.

The best part about Nikon's programing is that you'll be able to stream all the content live at I'll be around all day on Wednesday, January 9 and also on Thursday, January 10. If you're at CES, stop by and hang!

My Camera DSLR and Lenses for Concert Photography

Nikon Z 7:
I use two Nikon Z 7 for my live music photography. A true do-it-all mirrorless camera with amazing AF, great speed and fantastic resolution.

Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8S:
The 24-70mm is my go-to lens. The range is ideal for stage front photography and the image quality is superb.

Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8 VR:
A perfect pair to the Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8, I can basically shoot any job with the midrange and this lens. Superb image quality.

Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8:
Ultra-wide perspective, ridiculously sharp even wide open at f/2.8. I love using this lens up-close and personal, where it excels.
