It's amazing, but no matter how many times I've seen Motion City Soundtrack, they always seem to bring a tremendous amount of energy – whether they're play a club, a festival, at the start of a tour or the end.
Photographer's Notes:
This was just an ISO 6400 kind of performance. There was a fair amount of white backlighting for this show, but enough of a lack of frontlighting that this gig required high sensitivity, low shutter speeds, and fast lenses.

Lenses Used:
Everyone in Motion was actually set up relatively far back from the front of the stage, and I split use between the Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 and the Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8. If I had only two lenses I could use for shows, these two would be the two-lens kit I'd choose.
