Trading in his pop-punk hat for something a little more space-rock, Tom DeLonge led Angels & Airwaves in an upbeat set on the first day of The Bamboozle Left 2010. As a music photographer, I have to say that Tom DeLonge never disappoints in his live show – constant movement and mugging keeps it interesting, whether he's rocking with Blink-182 or Angels & Airwaves at The Bamboozle 2010.
Having recently photographed Angels & Airwaves at the Pageant, I was curious to see how their set translated to The Bamboozle. In short, just as fun, with fewer crazy lights. If anything, no longer at the mercy of the lighting designer, the hazy, daytime conditions made catching Tom's mugging all the easier.
